Following the acquisition of Incorpore Ltd. by Epassi earlier this year, Incorpore Ltd. is formally changing its name to Epassi UK Ltd. after approval from the shareholders.
Although the name change will take effect immediately, the legal entity has not changed, including our company registration number, VAT number and bank details.
Please can you alter your administrative records accordingly.
As William Shakespeare wrote in Romeo and Juliet, “A rose by any other name would smell as sweet”, we are still the same team with the same purpose to improve the everyday wellbeing of the UK and Ireland’s working population. Our products, services, and all business operations will continue as usual. Under this new Epassi banner, we will strive to accomplish our mission, offer greater coverage and choice and create more opportunities for our customers and partners.
